How Long Can Special Orders Take?

The wait for your special order depends on when your order falls within Wildling's ordering cycle. This is in addition to the distributor shipping time.

Delivery estimates are not a guarantee.

What are the typical wait times?

Georgie's & Laguna Ordering

We place special orders with Laguna and Georgie’s once a month. Your wait depends partly on when your order falls in that cycle. When you place an order, we’ll let you know the date we’ll submit it. After we submit, Georgie’s orders typically arrive in 1–2 weeks, and Laguna orders in 3–6 weeks.

Speedball Ordering
Speedball orders usually arrive about 2 weeks after we place them.

Skutt Ordering
We order Skutt products as needed, so timing depends on the manufacturer’s current wait. All Skutt kilns are made to order. Because of ongoing supply chain disruptions, elements and kiln bricks may also take longer than usual.

We recommend keeping spares on hand so a worn element or cracked brick doesn’t shut down your kiln.

Bulk Ordering Clay

We can special order 1,000 and 2,000 pounds of clay from Georgie's and Laguna. There are discounted rates for both quantities. Call us for details.

Dogs are not available for special ordering, but you are welcome to bring them to the store for a visit!
